The staff and owner are so incredibly friendly and listened to any and all qualities I wanted for my dress and made great selections and suggestions. They worked with my budget, the inside of the shop is decorated so nicely, I really cannot put into words how nice of an experience this was for me. This was only my second bridal appointment in looking for a dress for my October wedding and I was not expecting to, but I found my dress and I am absolutely in love with it. I cannot recommend them enough. They are incredible!"

What really made my experience amazing was Alex Anne!! I am sure all of the other ladies who work here are lovely, but I suggest asking to be booked with her when making your own appointment. She was super attentive, kind, bubbly and helpful! She made the entire process so much more fun and relaxing. "I highly recommend Kathleen's Bridal to anyone in the Huntsville/Madison area (and further if you're willing to travel)! Loree was awesome to work with for my first appointment. This was my first ever bridal appointment, and I did not expect to find a dress, but I wanted to come for the experience at Kathleen's that I had read about in these very reviews. I found a dress I loved but could not get it due to supply issues. Long story short, they were diligent in informing me of this, offering sister styles, and then ordering those styles I liked. The next time I came in I ended up finding a dress I absolutely loved (that ended up not being one I had picked out before) and purchasing it. They made what could have been a very stressful situation for a bride very smooth and chill. The store had an amazing selection of dresses within my price range (which was more modest at around $1,000). Loree and Meighan both valued my time and never made me feel like I was a bother. They were conscious of my budget and made sure to inform me if a dress them or myself had picked out was outside of my price range and how much it was. They made me feel important as a bride and that my budget was important too, which are two big things every bride should experience in the process of shopping for a wedding dress. Overall, buying my wedding dress here was a truly wonderful experience, and I pray they get to serve many more brides in the North AL area for years to come!"
